Remember - the most important thing to do after registering to vote is to learn about the candidates. Don't let anyone tell you who to vote for! Read the paper, watch debates, ask your friends why you should vote for their candidate instead of why you shouldn't vote for the "other guy". Listen to people who live in the state the candidate is from - they know their policy the best.
Registering to vote is only "half the battle"
Love that bird mobile! The directions don't say to cut two pieces of the bottom as you mentioned in the podcast, they say cut a piece from fabric number 2. I think. :-)
Thanks for the motivating podcast, I've picked up the knitting needles again for the first time in a long while!
The scholarship on Project Runway was CFDA, which was the Council for Fashion Designers of America, which I don't know anything about except that once a year they throw a fabulous ball and name the best young American designer, which is a big deal and people like Zac Posen have won in the past.
